Robin and Linda Williams: February's News 2022Dear Friends, We're just home from having teamed up with Garrison Keillor and The Hopeful Gospel Quartet for some incredibly fun shows in Georgia, North Carolina, and Virginia where, once again, we got to witness, up close, a true master at work. It'd been three and a half years since we'd been on a tour with him and, as usual, we came away pleased to have shared some stage time with him. And we have a few more shows booked in 2022 that we're lookingÊforward to. (See below) Ê Now we're packing for two different Robin and Linda trips. The first is a driving jaunt to the mecca for roots music in east Tennessee, the Down Home. We first played there in the middle-70s, and we've always loved the place. So, it's fitting that we're going there just before Valentine's Day. Ê We'll return home, switch suitcases and, just over 24 hours later, we'll take off on a flying trip to Oregon where we'll spend a few days driving up and down I-5, seeing beautiful country and playing shows. (See below) Ê Thanks for the support of our first-ever music video, "The Old Lovers Waltz." In a relatively short period of time, it has been viewed over 6,000 times and has initiated enough enthusiasm to return our CD, "A Better Day A-Coming," to the FAI Top Albums of the Month chart and us to its Top Artists of the Month. Six months after its release, the CD still has legs. And you guys are the main reason for its longevity.
